Montgomery, Elsner & Pardieck, LLP is a southern Indiana law firm with an outstanding reputation for service to its clients. The firm began as a merger of two law firms, the Montgomery firm and the Pardieck firm, in 1964. Edward P. Elsner, Jr. joined the Montgomery and Pardieck firm in 1971, creating what is now Montgomery, Elsner & Pardieck.

Our attorneys handle a wide-range of legal issues—from estate planning and probate, to family law and domestic relations, real estate, business and corporations, Social Security disability, civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
