DeAnna has been a Legal Assistant at Montgomery, Elsner & Pardieck since September 2007 assisting clients in their disability, guardianship, criminal and business matters. She is also a licensed Notary Public in the State of Indiana.
DeAnna lives in Seymour, has three adult children and enjoys spending time with her family.
I am a life-long resident of Jackson County, Indiana, and live on a farm with my husband, James. We are blessed with 3 grown children and 8 very active grandchildren. I have had the privilege of working at Montgomery, Elsner & Pardieck, LLP for over 53 years as an Advanced Certified Paralegal specialized in Litigation, with my main focus on, and extensive experience in, personal injury litigation and medical malpractice. After attending Indiana University Southeast and The Institute of Paralegal Training in Philadelphia, I earned my Paralegal Certification. Later I earned my Advanced Paralegal Certification with a specialization in Litigation.
Throughout my legal career, I have been a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and the Southern Indiana Paralegal Association where I have held various offices and served on numerous committees. I am also an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.
When I am not busy working as a paralegal, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, particularly attending my grand children’s many sporting events and musical and dance performances. I also enjoy reading, and taking the grandchildren on weekend adventures and vacations.
Sharon has been a legal assistant at Montgomery, Elsner & Pardieck, LLP for over 45 years, working in all areas of the law but most recently specializing in estate planning and estate administration.
As office manager, Sharon handles the daily office operations, maintains accounts payables, accounts receivables, and monthly billings. She is also a licensed Notary Public in the State of Indiana.
Sharon is a Seymour native, having graduated from Seymour High School. She has been a lifelong member of St. John’s Lutheran Church Sauers. She is a mother of three adult children and has five grandchildren.
Karla has been a Receptionist at Montgomery, Elsner, & Pardieck for over 10 years, after retiring from 34 years in banking.
As the receptionist, Karla answers their phone, assists with clients in the waiting room, checks conflicts, takes payments, open and closes files, and updates the weekly docket. She is also a licensed Notary Public in the State of Indiana.
Karla is a Seymour native and graduate of Seymour High School & Spencerian/Sullivan Business College in Louisville, Kentucky. She has been married to her husband for 45 years and the proud mother of 3 adult sons and their wives. In her spare time she loves spending time with her 8 grandchildren and attending their activities.
Whitney is a Paralegal in the Family Law Department. She began her career at Montgomery, Elsner & Pardieck in 2008. She was the Paralegal to Thomas J. Lantz for 15 years where she gained extensive experience and knowledge in family law practice. Once Mr. Lantz retired, she began working with Greg S. Morin continuing to assist in Family Law. She views it to be a privilege to assist clients with their legal issues.
As a mother herself, Whitney realizes all that is at stake for parents in their family law battles. She puts her all into helping the firm’s clients to navigate their way through the legal process with respect, compassion and understanding.
Whitney resides in Seymour, Indiana with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Callie and Brooks. They enjoy the outdoors, attending sporting events and spending time with family.
